Diamond Purchases & Refunds

RelicNotes is free to download, and its core note-taking and study features do not require a subscription. Optional Diamond purchases are available for eligible in-app features. See the current price tiers and Diamond uses. The app or checkout will show the quantity, price, and currency before you commit.

Third-party costs are separate. For example, a local or cloud AI provider may charge for its own services, and OpenRouter usage is governed by your provider account and settings.

Diamond purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout in USD unless a different currency is clearly displayed. You must use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges, if any, will be shown at checkout where supported.

• A signed-in, email-verified account in good standing is required for real-money Diamond purchases.
• Stripe processes payment-card details. RelicNotes does not store your full card number or card security code in its Diamond purchase records.
• RelicNotes records the associated account, Stripe checkout session identifier, Diamond quantity, amount paid, currency, and transaction time.

After Stripe confirms payment and the app verifies the checkout session, purchased Diamonds are credited to the associated account balance. Keep the app online and signed in to the correct account while completing and verifying a purchase.

If a purchase appears complete but the Diamonds are missing, contact support with the receipt, checkout session identifier if available, account email, approximate time, and the expected quantity. Never send your password, full API key, full card number, or card security code.

Diamond purchases are generally final once delivered or used, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to a refund, cancellation, or other remedy. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

Contact us promptly if you experience a duplicate charge, a payment without delivery, an unauthorized transaction, or another purchase problem. We will review the transaction and applicable law and may offer a refund, credit, replacement delivery, or other appropriate remedy.

• Include enough information to locate the transaction, but do not send sensitive payment credentials.
• A refund may include removal of refunded, unused Diamonds or associated benefits.
• Change of mind or accidental use of legitimately purchased Diamonds may not qualify unless required by law.
• Contacting support does not prevent you from using a lawful card-dispute or consumer-resolution process. Providing transaction details helps us investigate quickly.

Diamonds are in-app units used only for eligible features shown in RelicNotes. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, an investment, or a promise of future income. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred for value outside an expressly supported feature.

Diamond balances and permanent inventory-slot expansion capacity may synchronize across devices through your account. Do not assume that ordinary notes, media, or inventory contents synchronize with them. Availability and pricing of optional virtual features may change, subject to consumer law and any items already purchased.

We may correct obvious pricing, crediting, duplicate-processing, or accounting errors and will provide an appropriate remedy where required. We may cancel or reverse a transaction affected by fraud, unauthorized use, a technical error, or a legal requirement. This does not permit arbitrary removal of valid purchases or limitation of non-waivable consumer rights.
